Feel welcome to enjoy these guided audio meditations. They help you develop and learn how to bring regular meditation into your life. New meditations are added on a regular basis.
*Do your best to make time for 10-20 minutes a day of meditation, no matter when, how busy you are or how full of thoughts your mind seems. This will set the tone for your whole day.
*Create space for short meditation breaks such as 5, 8 or 10 minutes. "Start where you are" by sitting down and following your breath. You are learning how to plant seeds that will grow.
*Every now and then do a mini-retreat. Create a wellness afternoon by taking a few hours over the weekend and not just meditating, but also practicing yoga, chanting, or reading a spiritual text. It's a simple way to stay close to your spiritual self, especially when daily meditations have to be short.
*Your goal is to continually keep touching back into your awareness. It doesn’t matter HOW you do it, just THAT you do it. Practice and all will follow.
