Go Yoga Jane classes:
- Go Yoga Jane lunch hour or after work - Classes are offered in 30-90 minute sessions for students of all levels: basic/beginner, mixed levels, restorative, meditation & relaxation. The class is adjusted and based on the level of students.
- Classes create the most positive results when run in a series once or twice a week for a minimum of 6 weeks.
- Prices vary depending on how long the series is offered and the amount of employees who attend.
Go Yoga Jane workshops:
Calm the mind and create a strong body with a Go Yoga Jane workshop designed just for your people. Workshops can be designed from one hour to a full day, on or off-site. Select one or combination of:
- Simple Meditation
- Breathing to create a calm mind and body
- How to reduce stress
