Side Angle Standing Bends-each side for 1 minute, repeat twice, generous breathing into side waist area
Vrksasana (tree pose)-each leg for 1 minute, repeat each side, grounding and opening through breath
8 Sun Salutations series A-hold down dog 3 full ujai breaths each time
